Summary

Team Leader – (Full-Time)

Evesham WR11
£13.90–£14.63 per hour

We’re looking for a Team Leader to support the smooth day-to-day running of our fresh produce packing lines. You’ll lead a small team, make sure quality and safety standards are met, and help deliver daily production targets.

What you’ll do

Lead and support a team on the packing lines
Make sure produce is packed correctly and meets quality standards
Carry out quality checks and complete digital paperwork
Ensure health, safety, and hygiene rules are followed
Help plan daily production and keep lines running efficiently
Work closely with supervisors and other teams

What we’re looking for
- Previous packhouse and supervisory experience
- Confident communication skills in English
- Comfortable working with a multilingual team
- Organised, flexible, and able to prioritise tasks
- A positive team player who leads by example
  
  Hours & contract
  - Minimum 32 hours per week over 4 days
  - Includes at least one weekend day
  - 6-month fixed term, with the chance to become permanent
