The Role – Registered Nurse (Nursing Home)
As a Nursing Home Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to residents with a range of clinical needs.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care
Administer medications and manage care plans
Monitor residents’ health and respond to changes in condition
Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
Work collaboratively with care staff, GPs, and healthcare professionals
Support residents’ dignity, comfort, and wellbeing
Ensure compliance with CQC standards, policies, and procedures
Essential Requirements
NMC Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD)
A caring, professional, and reliable approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Nursing home or elderly care experience preferred (but not essential)
