About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Veterinary Surgeon to join our independent Tier 3 small animal hospital in Norfolk. You’ll work with a supportive team in a state-of-the-art facility, providing exceptional care for small animals, including cats and dogs.

This is an excellent opportunity for vets seeking clinical freedom, case continuity, and professional development in a forward-thinking practice.

The Rota

• Full time position, 4 days per week
• 36 hours; 8:30am – 5:30pm, with one early or late shift a week running from 7am – 4pm or 10am – 7pm
• 1 in 5 weekends with TOIL; 7am – 5:30pm or 8:30am – 7pm
• One block of 7 nights every 9 weeks with a 7-day recovery period
• £5,000 annual night shift allowance, awarded in the month of your first night shift rotation
