Summary
Project Manager – Cambridge & Surrounding Regions
Areas Covered: Cambridge, Essex, Bedford, Peterborough and surrounding areas
Role Overview:
This position involves managing a varied portfolio of construction and refurbishment projects across multiple locations. The role requires ensuring projects are delivered safely, to programme and to a high standard while maintaining strong communication with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing multiple projects from inception to completion.
Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, internal teams and site operatives.
Ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations and CDM requirements.
Preparing project programmes, monitoring progress and maintaining accurate documentation.
Communicating with clients, consultants and stakeholders professionally.
Managing budgets, variations, timelines and resource allocation.
Conducting regular site visits across all operational areas.
Upholding high project standards and supporting company values.
Skills and Experience Required:
Proven experience in construction or refurbishment project management.
Strong organisational and leadership skills.
SMSTS or SSSTS preferred.
Construction‑related qualification (HNC, HND or Degree) desirable.
Ability to manage projects across multiple locations.
Effective communication and team leadership skills.
Full UK driving licence.
