Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and Assess: Evaluate the condition of carpets and determine the appropriate cleaning methods based on fabric type and level of soiling.
Perform Cleaning Services: Use various techniques such as steam cleaning, dry cleaning, and shampooing to remove stains, dirt, and allergens from carpets and upholstery.
Move Furniture: Safely relocate furniture as needed to access all areas that require cleaning.
Apply Treatments: Use stain and soil repellents, deodorizers, and anti-microbial treatments to enhance carpet cleanliness and longevity.
Maintain Equipment: Ensure that cleaning machines and tools are in good working condition and properly maintained.
Provide Excellent Customer Service: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide advice on carpet maintenance.
Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
