A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable adults
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliability, empathy, and professionalism
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous care experience (preferred but not essential)
A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)

Your Role Will Include
Provide high‑quality personal care, including washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Support clients with mobility, transfers, and safe use of equipment
Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration to promote wellbeing
Offer companionship, emotional support, and meaningful social interaction
Help clients maintain independence and dignity in their daily routines
Administer or prompt medication in line with care plans and company policies
Support clients with household tasks such as light cleaning, laundry, and shopping
Adhere to CQC regulations, company policies, and best‑practice care standards
