Summary
Are you passionate about supporting people to live independently, with dignity and respect? Able Living Care Services Ltd is looking for a caring, reliable, and motivated Care Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team.
About the role
You’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care to Service Users in their own homes, following best practice, care plans, and current legislation. You’ll work closely with colleagues and health professionals to support wellbeing, independence, and quality of life.
What you’ll be doing
Delivering compassionate care in line with individual care plans
Supporting Service Users with daily living, wellbeing, and medication (where required)
Maintaining accurate care records
Promoting Service User rights, independence, and self-care
Working as part of a positive, inclusive team
Contributing to high care standards and continuous improvement

Willingness to learn and develop your skills
Ability to work well within a team
Commitment to delivering excellent care
Full training and ongoing development provided.
Working hours: Various hours/shifts available
Location: Service User homes and/or our office at 10b London Road North, Poynton, SK12 1QZ
