Summary
The poster holder will: To provide quality evidence based nursing care, ensuring support and care for patients and carers within a multi-disciplinary team. To plan and organise own workload and associated activities and demands To be involved in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care. To have a working knowledge of local and national policies and legislation which govern the current LD service provision. To be actively involved in the ongoing training needs of unqualified staff To understand the role in relation to the Care Programme Approach.
