Summary
Duties and Responsibilities
-Be the main point of contact for the client's technical and production team
-Full accountability for finished hygiene standards
-Maintain daily sign off paperwork and be audit ready at all times
-Understand micro results and link in with client to resolve any non-conformances
-Produce a monthly KPI report and present to the client
-Induct new starters
-Co-ordinate all internal and external training
-Plan resource effectively to ensure hygiene standards are maintained
-Review all compliance documentation - Risk Assessments and compliance documents
-Suggest and project manage continuous improvements
-Engage with the Mitie health & safety team to ensure all activities are planned and safe
-Deal with customer complaints or concerns in an efficient and effective manner, wherever possible, within 24hrs.
-Comply with all Mitie and Client rules, regulations and policies & ensure the Support leaders and Cleaning Operatives also meet these requirements.
-Take a lead in, and be actively involved in staff recruitment, selection, induction, training and development. Identify training gaps and be proactive so to develop a continual improvement ethos across the contract. On site strategic development with appropriate business heads
-Meet with clients on a regular basis to discuss the services provided and to ensure a good working relationship is fostered.
