Assist with daily routines, prioritising children’s needs and ensuring their physical, emotional, and social development
Required Skills & Experience
A genuine passion for working with young children, with a patient, caring, and understanding approach
Energy, creativity, and a positive, can-do attitude, with a willingness to learn and develop
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
Childcare qualifications, such as NVQ or CACHE, are desirable but not essential, as we provide training and support for the right candidates
