Vacancy – Fettler/Polisher

ESS Employment are working with our client to source a permanent Fettler. We are looking for a candidate with an understanding of engineering drawings and experience within a fine sheet metal work or fabrication environment. Our client has a varied product range, and they pride themselves on manufacturing and delivering a high-quality product.

Duties:

• Have fettling experience
• Have any form of metal finishing experience
• Have previous experience working in a sheet metal environment (as a fettler/deburrer/linisher)
• Grind, file, sand, de-burr or polish parts.
• Perform assigned duties using manual, pneumatic and electric hand tools, and machines.
• Manipulate work piece or tool manually.
• Develop and/or recommend techniques and parameters for blending/polishing.
• Inspect and measure work piece to verify conformance to specifications.

You may also have suitable skills if you have worked as an assembler, grinder, deburrer, metal finisher or linishing.
