Crynodeb
Personal Assistant required for a friendly, happy and lively ten-year-old girl who lives in the Lostwithiel area.
She has some health needs, and she would like someone who she can build up a positive relationship with and provide her with some 1:1 support over time.
She would like someone to support her with her independence and social skills out in the community. She loves being both indoors and outdoors. Her interests are Lego, playing with baby dolls, gymnastics and dancing.
A personal assistant will enable her to enjoy activities in her local community with and without her family.
Good rate of pay at £12.60 per hour. Five hours per week available.
There is the possibility of some hours during the school holidays, too.
Car driver with business class insurance required.
Some knowledge or personal experience of working with young people with special educational needs is essential.
The successful applicant will be employed under a private arrangement with the family and not be employed or carry out work for Cornwall Council.
