Summary
Duties will include: Providing high quality clinical care during routine and urgent patient appointments. Assessing, diagnosing, and managing a wide range of primary care presentations. Working independently, while also integrating smoothly with the existing practice team. Completing essential clinical documentation clearly and promptly. Such as consultation notes, referrals, prescriptions, etc. Supporting on the day demand, such as urgent/acute appointments or home visits if required. Using practice clinical systems effectively. Ensuring patient safety, by following protocols, safeguarding policies, and GMC standards. Providing continuity of care where possible, even in a shortterm placement. Contributing to effective workload management, adapting to the practices processes and timeframes. Communicating professionally with patients, colleagues, and wider multidisciplinary teams.
