School Administrator – Secondary – Lytham St Annes
Humly is recruiting a School Administrator to join a secondary school on a 2-term basis.
This is a full-time role starting immediately and continuing for two terms. The role would suit a reliable and organised professional who enjoys supporting the smooth running of a busy school office and assisting staff, pupils, and parents with day-to-day administrative tasks.
What You’ll Be Doing
Organise and maintain school records, files, and documentation
Support staff with administrative tasks and correspondence
Communicate effectively with pupils, parents, and colleagues
Manage the day-to-day operation of the school office
Assist with scheduling, appointments, and school events
What You’ll Bring
Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a school setting
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Reliability and attention to detail in all tasks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay
£14+ per hour

Enhanced DBS required (Humly can support with an Enhanced DBS at a cost to the educator)
