Summary
The post holder will provide strong clinical leadership within the practice, ensuring high-quality, safe, and effective patient care in line with national and local guidelines. Responsibilities include overseeing clinical governance, safeguarding, quality improvement, and audit activity, while supporting CQC compliance. The role involves chairing and contributing to key practice and PCN clinical meetings, supporting multidisciplinary working, and acting as a point of escalation for clinicians.
