Requirements:
Minimum age of 18 years
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Previous experience in a professional environment (internship, entry-level operations role, or similar)
Strong work ethic with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to understand and work with data to support operational decision-making
Familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and adapting to changing priorities
Responsibilities:
As a Junior Operations Associate, you will:
Support the end-to-end delivery of new UK market launches, from mobilisation through to live launch
Assist with on-the-ground coordination, event setup, and early rider engagement activities
Design and deliver local activation initiatives to drive rider sign-ups and usage
Support city activation projects including pop-up events, partnerships, community engagement, and promotional campaigns
Work with central teams to localise rider communications such as launch campaigns, in-app messaging, and on-street activations
Support small to medium-sized projects from planning through to execution
Assist with market research, competitor analysis, and data gathering to support growth initiatives and tender submissions
Provide general operational support across UK expansion projects as required
