Requirements:
Minimum age of 18 years
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Previous experience in a professional environment (internship, entry-level operations role, or similar)
Strong work ethic with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to understand and work with data to support operational decision-making
Familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets
Willingness to travel regularly across the West Midlands region
Responsibilities:
As a Parking Associate, you will:
Conduct on-street assessments to identify high-potential parking locations
Analyse footfall, demand, transport links, visibility, accessibility, and rider behaviour
Develop clear and visually compelling parking proposals for councils and partners
Support engagement with landowners, businesses, universities, and developers
Assist with securing approvals and onboarding new parking locations
Review and improve on-street infrastructure, branding, and asset placement
Monitor live parking performance, compliance, and operational challenges
Use data, rider feedback, and field insights to continuously improve the parking network
