SALARY: £67,000 to £74,000 per annum + Benefits
LOCATION: Hybrid. Working 3 Days from the Office in London (EC4V) and 2 Days from Home
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
WORKING HOURS: 35 Hours per Week, Monday to Friday
JOB OVERVIEW
We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Senior Reward Analyst to join a collaborative people and reward function supporting business-wide reward and compensation activity. This role offers the chance to work with the Head of Reward on key reward and HR projects spanning salary benchmarking, job evaluation, pay ranges and global grading frameworks.
As a Senior Reward Analyst you will partner closely with HR, Finance and senior stakeholders, providing data-driven insights to support annual salary and bonus reviews, reward audits and pay transparency initiatives.
The Senior Reward Analyst role will suit someone with strong analytical skills, excellent Excel capability and experience working with job evaluation methodologies in a corporate reward environment.

DUTIES
Your duties as the Senior Reward Analyst include:
• Annual Salary and Bonus Reviews: Supporting salary and bonus cycles, including reporting and market data analysis
• Market Benchmarking: Managing external salary surveys and analysing reward trends
• Job Evaluation and Grading: Leading job evaluation activity and supporting global grading frameworks
• Pay Transparency Compliance: Supporting delivery of EU Pay Transparency requirements
• Stakeholder Guidance: Advising managers on pay structures, reward policies and benefits
• Financial Collaboration: Partnering with Finance on reward budgeting and forecasting
• Reward Processes: Designing and improving reward tools, systems and processes
• Reward Audits: Conducting regular audits to ensure market alignment and compliance
• Policy Review: Reviewing and maintaining reward-related policies and documentation
• Industry Insight: Monitoring reward best practice and emerging industry trends
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
ESSENTIAL
• Previous experience in reward, compensation or HR analytics within a corporate environment
• Experience with job evaluation and global grading frameworks
• Strong data analysis and modelling skills with advanced Excel capability
• An analytical and detail-focused approach to problem solving
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK and Europe
DESIRABLE
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline
• CIPD qualification or working towards professional accreditation
• Exposure to HR systems such as SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms
• Experience supporting pay transparency initiatives or related training
