What you'll be doing
You'll take ownership of full lifecycle test projects, including:
- Working hands-on and producing technical reports.
- Looking at Design and analysing data.
- Liaising with colleagues, suppliers, and customers to define project scope and ensure successful delivery
- Contributing to continuous improvement of test methods, equipment, and research capability
What you'll bring
You'll thrive here if you are technically curious, hands-on, and eager to learn. Essential qualities include:
- An HND or degree in Mechanical or a related engineering discipline
- Minimum 2 years' post-graduation industrial experience
- Ability to follow detailed test procedures and deliver work to a high standard
- Confident communicator - both written and verbal - with the ability to present findings clearly
- A proactive, organised approach with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute within a small, highly skilled team
