Summary


We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and proactive Senior Commercial Marketing Manager to deliver best in class marketing and communications that will engage audiences and position The Royal Marsden as a world-leading cancer centre of excellence and commercial partner of choice.

The Senior Commercial Marketing Manager will support the Associate Director, Marketing to deliver the Trust commercial services marketing programme and contribute towards the development of The Royal Marsden's commercial strategy.

Key skills include campaign planning, delivery and management, creative management, agency recruitment and management, stakeholder engagement, events, team development and budgeting,

Based in Chelsea, with travel to Sutton required, this role sits within the Trust marketing team and is a dedicated commercial marketing role.

This role sits within the Marketing and Communications directorate which supports: the Trust, Private Care, commercial services, the School and education offering, and The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity.

This role is a dedicated Trust commercial role that will specifically support the growth of commercial activities at The Royal Marsden, helping achieve our ambitious commercial targets. This includes developing bespoke marketing campaigns and activities to promote:

• Genomics, in line with our genomics strategy, including the new development laboratory
• Additional tests adopted in line with PP expansion objectives
• Fellowships and education, in line with our education strategy

• A capable digital marketer, confident in using paid social and email along with knowledge of best practices in reaching audiences through digital channels in addition to having traditional marketing skills in direct marketing, print and production.
