Are you passionate about working in the Early Years Sector within a FE/HE educational setting, and want to make a real difference in the lives of children? South Bank Colleges Nursery is seeking a proactive and experienced Early Years Practitioner.
Successful applicants for the Early Years Practitioner position will need: Minimum Level 3 or above Early Years Education and Childcare Qualification or equivalent.
Proven post-qualification experience of working with children.
Previous experience in a Good or Outstanding nursery environment
Strong knowledge of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework
Confident in creating exceptional learning environments and delivering high-quality interactions
Excellent communication skills with children, parents and colleagues
A commitment to safeguarding, wellbeing and child-centred practice
Professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude
Passionate about providing personalised, innovative and bespoke childcare experiences
The capacity to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate respect, and uphold strong values consistently.
