Summary
Employment Lawyer needed in Oxford Paying £40 per hr ref 467831
Full time hours on a temporary basis
- Provide expert advice on employment law matters, including discrimination, grievances, disciplinaries, dismissals, TUPE, redundancy, whistleblowing, and contractual disputes.
- Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, policies, settlement agreements, and HR documentation.
- Represent clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings, including drafting pleadings and preparing witness statements.
- Support internal HR teams with risk management, compliance, and complex employee relations cases.
- Keep up to date with legislative developments and provide training or briefings where required.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
