Summary

We're looking for a Commercial Plumber/Multi Trade to join our Manston team based in Kent.

Location: Manston, Kent

Hours: 40 hours per week (08.00-17.00 Mon-Fri)



We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role



As a Commercial Plumber/Multi Trade professional, you'll play a vital role in our maintenance team, ensuring we deliver exceptional service to our clients. You'll be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance, helping us meet our contractual obligations while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.



What will you be responsible for?



As a Commercial Plumber/Multi Trade professional, you'll be working within the maintenance team, supporting them in delivering customer-focused and cost-effective services. Your day to day will include:

• Carrying out routine planned preventative maintenance and repair works

• Diagnosing and repairing faults on various systems and equipment

• Installing new equipment and completing necessary documentation

• Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain clean and safe working environments

• Using digital systems including tablets and apps to record and report work



What are we looking for?



This role of Commercial Plumber/Multi Trade is great for you if:

• You're a qualified plumber with commercial and M&E experience

• You have technical training (NVQ3 or equivalent qualification)

• You enjoy collaborative working and building relationships with colleagues and clients

• You take pride in delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service

• You're comfortable using digital tools to record and manage your work
