Summary

Customer Service Administrator

Hours 8am - 4pm / 9am - 5pm

Monday - Friday / £12.88 per hour

Customer Support

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
  • Resolve complaints professionally and in line with company procedures
  • Escalate complex issues when required

Order & Account Management

  • Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges
  • Update and maintain customer records accurately
  • Track and follow up on open cases to ensure resolution
  • Track and close PODs

Communication & Relationship Management

  • Build positive relationships with customers
  • Maintain a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams to resolve customer issues

Administration & Reporting

  • Meet response time and quality targets
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements
