We are Seeking a Year 3 Learning Support Assistant with flexible working Hours.
The Role- Year 3 Learning Support Assistant
- Flexible working: job share / AM & PM / 2–3 days or full‑time
- Temp to perm opportunity
- Suitable for experienced LSAs or support staff
- Ofsted judged quality of education, behaviour & attitudes, personal development, leadership & management, and early years provision all Good in the latest inspection
- Mixed primary school for ages 3–11
- Supportive, inclusive staff team focused on pupil progress
- Convenient travel links close to rail station with services into London and surrounding areas; easy access to the M25 and A1(M); local bus routes nearby Potters bar
- Experience supporting pupils, ideally in Key Stage 2
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team
- Positive, flexible approach with strong communication skills
- Our support and experience as the primary specialist working in partnership with Herts Education
