Summary
Applicants will need to have a Level 2 Diploma in Advanced Professional Cookery or similar or be able to demonstrate competence through experience. Essential criteria include knowledge of ingredients and how to serve them, practical knowledge and experience of complying with relevant legislation and industry best practice and excellent time management skills to ensure food is served on time. Successful candidates will need a Level 2 Food Hygiene Qualification.
The ideal person for this role will be forward thinking with a high degree of initiative, have a guest and service orientated approach, and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing multiple priorities.
