Summary
- Assess, diagnose and treat minor illness and/or ailment or determine the most appropriate pathway for the patient. - Responsibility for managing service provision in the absence of the Senior Nurse Practitioner - Commitment to the Personal Performance Planning process and Clinical Supervision. - Working flexibly to support all Urgent Treatment Centres & Walk-in Centres to ensure capacity meets service demand. - The post holder has an obligation to work across all Walk-in Centre services and so will need to be able to travel. - The post holder will be required to work flexibly across the working week. This is a seven day service and staff are required to work hours between, from and to 7.30am to 8.30pm daily. Please refer to full job description
