About Us
Trust in Fife operates two homeless accommodation hostels in Kirkcaldy providing support and guidance to people aged over 16 who have found themselves homeless. We also provide support to people in the private rented sector through the Fife Private Rental Solutions (FPRS) team. Our charity shop, The Cairn Centre, supports a team of volunteers and offers value for money products in the local community. All this helps us to work towards achieving our mission of taking positive steps towards assisting vulnerable and homeless people in Fife.
The Role
Fife Private Rental Solutions (FPRS) is looking to recruit a Tenancy Management Officer to join their innovative team. The role is varied and involves providing the advice and guidance necessary to ensure access to safe, sustainable accommodation or assisting anyone already within the private rented sector to remain in their property, with concentration on the provision of housing management tasks. The role also includes participation in the coordination of an effective and efficient Housing Advise Hub and Ethical Letting Agency. FPRS are looking for an applicant who has experience in the Social Care sector preferably educated to SVQ II in a relevant discipline or have a willingness to study towards this and is able to build positive relationships with a range of people.
