Summary
Principal Teachers are seeking a qualified and experienced 1‑to‑1 SEN Teaching Assistant to work full‑time in a primary school in the Northallerton area, starting ASAP.
The successful applicant will be:
-Experienced in a 1‑to‑1 SEN TA role within a primary school setting
-Flexible, adaptable, and resilient
-Passionate about supporting children with additional needs
-Enthusiastic and patient in their approach
-Confident in managing behaviour effectively
-An excellent team player
-Committed to raising pupil attainment
-Able to build strong, positive working relationships with pupils and staff from a range of backgrounds
