We Do What We Say and We Care.

That’s why we need people like you to help us deliver on our promises. People who enjoy making improvements, working with others and turning ideas into real, measurable results.

Working as part of the Anglian Water Alliance, we collaborate with a wide range of partners to share knowledge, improve performance and deliver the best possible service.

We’re now looking for a Co-Creation Benefits Realisation Lead to help demonstrate the value and impact of improvement initiatives across the alliance. Integrated Maintenance, Repair and Development Services (IMRDS) helps maintain water networks, respond to emergencies and deliver improvements that support customers every day.

Here are some of the activities you’ll be involved in…

  • Tracking and reporting the benefits delivered through improvement and co-creation projects
  • Collecting and analysing data to measure performance and demonstrate results
  • Creating dashboards, reports and performance updates for senior stakeholders
  • Defining clear success measures, KPIs and targets for new initiatives
  • Monitoring projects from early development through to business-as-usual delivery
  • Maintaining accurate records and evidence to support reporting and audit requirements
  • Working closely with delivery teams, project leads, finance and wider alliance partners
  • Supporting a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
  • Promoting strong health, safety and wellbeing standards across all activities

We would love to hear from you if you can demonstrate…

Experience in benefits realisation, performance reporting, business analytics or a similar data-led role. You’ll be confident working with data, identifying trends and turning information into clear, meaningful insights.

You’ll have strong attention to detail and experience producing reports or dashboards for senior stakeholders. The ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and build strong working relationships is essential, as is confidence presenting findings and recommendations.

An understanding of governance, assurance or audit requirements would be beneficial, alongside a strong commitment to health, safety and wellbeing.

If you enjoy working with data, influencing improvements and helping deliver positive change, we’d love to hear from you.
