Please attend one of the following times:5:30pm6:15pm7:00pmInvites will be sent the day before the event to allow you to book onto your preferred time slot.About the roleAs a Mental Health Advisor, you will provide initial telephone and text-based support to service users experiencing mental health distress and crisis. This includes:Taking calls for the North Yorkshire, York and Selby NHS 111 Mental Health (Option 2) serviceProviding text-based support to residents of South London and MaudsleyThis is a 24-hour service, covering days, nights and weekends. Enhancements are paid for unsocial hours.Full-time and part-time roles are available.
