- Provide individualised support to students with a range of special educational needs and disabilities
- Collaborate with teachers and multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement effective learning plans
- Assist with the delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons, adapting activities to meet students' unique needs
- Monitor and record students' progress, maintaining detailed records and contributing to assessments
- Participate in continuous professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Relevant experience working as a Teaching Assistant, preferably in a SEND setting
- Strong understanding of SEND practices and strategies for supporting students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
