Responsibilities
- Supporting the Class Teacher in delivering engaging Primary lessons.
- Working with small groups to improve literacy and numeracy levels.
- Providing 1:1 support for students with additional learning needs or EHC Plans.
- Assisting with classroom preparation, resources, and displays.
- Promoting an inclusive learning environment for all children.
- Supervising students during breaktimes and school trips.

Essential Candidate Requirements
- Experience working with children in a primary school or similar setting.
- Minimum 5 GCSEs (Grades 9-4/A*-C) including English and Maths.
- A patient, resilient, and proactive approach to supporting learners.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
- Strong communication skills and effective teamwork.
- Level 2/3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning is desirable.
