Summary
Our company is working with a local council as a partner to provide SEMH Teachers for specialist tutoring for schools ranging from Primary, Secondary and Post 16. This role requires teaching a range of subjects however, Maths and English are the most common needs followed by support in Science lessons. This is a full or part time role with ongoing assignments. The role is largely working one to one with pupils in schools with children at risk or exclusion or who have been excluded or pupils who are not yet placed in a school. The school is mixed sex and has supportive and friendly staff and managers.
The ideal candidate would:
- Have good classroom management skills
- Have a passion for teaching for working with pupils with SEMH and/or SEND
- Have excellent subject knowledge
- Be able to organise themselves
- Be able to plan effective, engaging lessons.
We are keen to hear from both experienced SEMH or SEN teachers or ECTs.

Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
