Summary
HLTA - PRU Setting (Numeracy & Literacy Boosters)
Barkingside
£120-£140 per day
We are working with a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in Barkingside who are seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to deliver targeted numeracy and literacy booster sessions for Year 10 and Year 11 students.
This role involves working with small groups of up to four students, supporting them to build confidence, close learning gaps, and re-engage positively with their education in a structured and nurturing environment.
The role:

Deliver focused numeracy and literacy interventions to small groups (maximum of 4 students)

Support a mixed cohort of Year 10 and Year 11 pupils

The ideal candidate:

Has previous experience as a HLTA, ideally within a PRU or alternative provision
