Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Service Delivery Specialist (AV) to play a key role in delivering high-quality AV and IT services across the University. Working within our Service Delivery team, you will work closely with our Estates Department to lead AV input into building and refurbishment projects, ensuring new and upgraded spaces are equipped with the latest, most effective and future-ready AV technologies.

This is a varied and influential role where you will combine hands-on technical expertise with strategic thinking. You will take a leading role in specifying, designing and implementing advanced AV solutions for teaching, learning and collaboration spaces, influencing projects from early design through to delivery. You will collaborate with Estates colleagues, academic and professional services teams, and external partners to ensure AV solutions are fully aligned with user needs, institutional standards and best practice frameworks such as ITIL.

If you have strong AV and IT experience, enjoy cross-departmental collaboration, and are passionate about delivering modern, high-quality environments in a forward-thinking university, we would be delighted to hear from you.

This position is working on-site only, so we are unable to support hybrid working for this appointment.

The interviews are currently anticipated to be held on 26 February & 6 March 2026.
