Summary
As part of the Sheffield team, you will assist with the day-to-day running of Southey Hill Centre, our recently refurbished youth and community centre in the heart of the Dryden estate. You will give the highest standard of customer service to Chilypep’s young people, staff, and building renters.
The job role will include but is not limited to:
Opening up and locking up of the building as required
Being the first point of contact for building enquiries, taking and managing bookings and organising room layouts
Promoting rental and sessional spaces within the building
Responding to existing and prospective building renters
Co-ordinating meetings and events
Having a working knowledge of the building
Conducting building and fire risk assessments
Maintaining a select list of competent sub-contractors
Managing planned servicing and maintenance schedules ensuring compliance
Co-ordinating and managing reactive repairs, alterations and emergency callouts for the building
Adhering to company policies and procedures
Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety policies and all other relevant legislation
Ensuring company records and information are kept confidential at all times and stored securely, and overseeing the completion of all relevant paperwork and databases both internally and externally as required
Effective problem-solving using own initiative
