Summary
Location: Zones 1 - 3 (All Travel Covered)
Salary: Up to £43,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across multiple commercial sites

Perform electrical installations, fault finding, and repairs
-
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards

Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities

Participate in an on-call rota as required
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
-
18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification
-
Level 3 Electrical Installations qualification
-
Proven experience in electrical maintenance and installations
-
Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable Qualifications and Skills:
-
Test and Inspection qualifications (e.g., 2391)
-
Experience with building management systems (BMS)
-
Knowledge of mechanical systems and general building maintenance
