Summary
This is a varied role supporting the day-to-day running of our office and assisting the management team. The ideal candidate will be organised, reliable, and comfortable working in a construction/development environment.
- General office administration: answering calls, managing emails, filing, and document control
- Assisting with project paperwork, contracts, and compliance documentation
- Updating spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems
- Supporting the operations and site teams with administrative tasks
- Coordinating meetings, calendars, and site visit schedules
- Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients
- Ensuring the office remains well-organised and efficient
