Evening Cleaner – Berkhamsted – Temporary Contract
Location: Berkhamsted
Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour
Hours: 7.5 hours per week
Working Pattern:
Monday – Friday: 17:30 – 19:00
No weekend work

A facilities services provider is seeking a reliable Evening Cleaner to support cleaning services within a professional banking environment in Berkhamsted. This position is to assist with additional short-term workload requirements and is suited to someone who is dependable and comfortable working independently within a secure site.
Key Responsibilities
General office cleaning
Cleaning staff and customer welfare areas
Hoovering, mopping and dusting
Cleaning washroom facilities
Emptying bins and maintaining hygiene standards
Securing the building where required
Following site security and health & safety procedures
Requirements
Comfortable lone working and undertaking key holder responsibilities
Ability to operate alarm and security systems
Must use a telephone-based time and attendance system (mandatory requirement)
Reliable with strong attention to detail
Previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential
Compliance Requirements
Due to the nature of the working environment, successful applicants must be able to complete:
Basic DBS Check
Adverse Financial Check
Right to Work verification in the UK
Candidates must present valid Right to Work documentation at induction. Failure to provide documentation will result in the placement being withdrawn.
