About the Group Director Curriculum Planning and Farnham College role:We have an exciting opportunity for a Group Director of Curriculum Planning and Farnham College to join our Education Leadership Team (ELT). This is a pivotal leadership role with responsibility for shaping and delivering an ambitious, purpose-led, destination-driven curriculum across the group, while providing strong on-site leadership for our Farnham campus.In this role, you will lead curriculum design and planning for study programmes, coordinating annual and multi-year curriculum planning cycles in close collaboration with faculty teams and the strategy team. You will ensure a consistent, high-quality approach to the design and delivery of Education Programmes for Young People (EPYP), with the Learning Philosophy embedded at the heart of all educational practice.Alongside your group-wide curriculum leadership, you will provide visible and effective on-site leadership at Farnham College. Working in partnership with the Farnham Education Foundation (FEF), faculty teams, and group services colleagues, you will help create a safe, inclusive, and vibrant campus environment. The curriculum will be responsive to the needs of students, employers, and regional priorities, while delivering strong outcomes and value for money.This role plays a key part in creating an effective, supportive learning environment for both staff and students, fully aligned with the organisation’s strategic plan and learning philosophy.This is a full-time, permanent position primarily based at Farnham College.
