Summary

Keltic Seafare Ltd are looking for an office and sales administrator to work within a small team, based in Dingwall. You will be involved in all aspects of the day to day sales operation.

This is a permanent part time position, additional hours required to cover annual leave and sickness.

Key responsibilities:

- Dealing with emails and phone calls from customers
- Administrative duties from answering calls to effectively using spreadsheets
- Carrying out varying administrative tasks when required
- Sales order, invoicing and credit input on SAP
- Credit card payments

Essential skills required:

- Excellent communication skills
- Confidence to work independently and also as part of a team
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask
- An understanding of Microsoft Office and Excel

Working hours 8 am to 1 pm, Monday to Friday
