We are committed to supporting staff development and training, making this an ideal opportunity for someone starting their career in early years.
The Role

• Observe and record children’s development under supervision
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Follow nursery policies on safeguarding, health and safety, and hygiene
• Participate in training, assessments, and coursework as part of the apprenticeship programme

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to completing the apprenticeship

What We Offer
• Fully funded Early Years qualification through a training provider
• Supportive mentoring and on-the-job training
• Opportunities for progression to a permanent qualified practitioner role
• Friendly and inclusive working environment
• Holiday entitlement and pension (where applicable)

Safeguarding Statement
