Summary
Riviera Produce is looking for reliable and hardworking Farm Workers to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on role working outdoors as part of our farming operation. You’ll support with planting, harvesting and general crop work to help ensure high-quality produce reaches our customers.
Main Duties:
Planting and harvesting crops
Crop husbandry and general field work
Working as part of a team to meet daily targets
Following health & safety procedures at all times
Supporting with general farm duties as required
What We’re Looking For:
A strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Good team player
Flexible approach to working hours during busy periods
Previous farm or agricultural experience is helpful but not essential
