Summary
Chef required to work in our team. Experienced working in restaurant or catering trade and specialising in West African cuisine. This is essential for our authentic African Restaurant. Knowledge of full range of spices, marination, blending and pounding techniques required. Able to work in fast paced environments. Have Food Hygiene certificate. At least 2 years experience in the catering or restaurant industry. We are a family run business and our team work together as one. It’s a great environment to learn and develop your skills as we progress.
