Summary

Head of Account Management – Contingent Labour / Professional Services
Leicestershire | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home)

This is a senior leadership role for someone who understands the contingent labour market and knows how to build, protect, and grow high-value client relationships.
You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of strategic B2B clients, acting as the commercial lead across service delivery, retention, and revenue growth. Alongside this, you’ll lead and develop a small account management function, setting the standard for how clients are engaged, reviewed, and retained.

- Commercially sharp, with a track record of growing revenue from existing clients
- Confident leading senior stakeholder conversations
- Experience managing or mentoring client-facing teams
- Comfortable working across legal, technical, and delivery environments

Desirable

- Exposure to IR35, off-payroll working, contractor compliance, or professional services
- Experience within recruitment, insurance, tax, or consultancy environments
