Summary

Nursery Manager (Level 3+) – Up to £40,000



Leadership of the nursery centres on maintaining strong EYFS practice while actively improving how children learn and experience their day.



The setting places strong emphasis on learning through creativity, outdoor play, and meaningful relationships. Managers are expected to protect high standards while encouraging curiosity, inclusivity, and rich day-to-day experiences that help every child flourish

What You’ll Need



  • Level 3 Early Years qualification or above

  • Proven experience working as a Nursery Manager

  • Strong working knowledge of the EYFS framework

  • Experience preparing for and managing Ofsted inspections

  • Ability to lead teams, manage standards, and maintain compliance



  • Experience developing learning environments or curriculum enhancements



What You’ll Do



  • Lead the nursery’s day-to-day operation, ensuring safe and consistent practice

  • Prepare for, manage, and respond to Ofsted inspections

  • Maintain strong EYFS delivery through coaching and oversight of educators

  • Ensure appropriate staffing levels, rotas, and team development

  • Identify areas for improvement and implement practical, achievable solutions

  • Promote inclusive practice that meets the individual needs of every child
