Administrator (Fuse Upgrades)
Location: Washington
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £28,000 + Flexible Benefits

Freedom has an opportunity for an Administrator to join our Fuse Upgrades team, supporting the Cable Engineering Services contract on behalf of Northern Powergrid.

Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:

  • Manage the workbank of customer jobs, tracking progress throughout the process.
  • Liaise with subcontractors to ensure they have the correct information and resources.
  • Communicate with customers and the client to support high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collate work packs, including requesting safe digs and ensuring documentation is complete.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working in a busy office environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (essential).
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
