Talent Acquisition Manager | £45,000 per annum plus 12% bonus scheme

Hybrid role with 2 days office-based.

Please note this is a fixed-term contract from April 2026 until June 2027.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join the Center Parcs Talent Acquisition team and play a key role in shaping how we attract, engage and hire brilliant people across our organisation. Working closely with the Group Talent Manager and our village-based Talent teams, you'll support with the delivery of a forward-thinking TA strategy that supports our growth ambitions and reflects our values.

In this role you will oversee central recruitment operations, ensuring a seamless and exceptional hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers across Forest House and our village locations. You'll manage the central TA team, champion process excellence and drive a high-quality, data-led TA service.

From employer branding and early careers to operational recruitment and capability building, you'll have the opportunity to influence how we position Center Parcs as an employer of choice, making a real impact on the talent experience and the future of our business.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and support the central TA team to deliver a high‑quality recruitment service
  • Oversee recruitment advertising, ATS optimisation and effective use of job boards and social platforms
  • Manage a team of Resourcing Coordinators to ensure efficient workflows, strong performance and policy compliance
  • Produce meaningful recruitment metrics, insights and data
  • Optimise candidate pipelines and support end‑to‑end recruitment for villages and Forest House
  • Act as an ATS superuser, continuously improving system functionality and experience
  • Provide coaching and operational support to Talent Acquisition teams and wider business stakeholders
  • Develop and enhance candidate journey touchpoints and internal recruitment processes
  • Support employer brand activity and research new tools and innovations to improve performance

Hours of work

This is a full-time position with working patterns designed to support both our operational needs and your work-life balance. Our team typically collaborates during core hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

About you

Essential requirements:

  • Previous experience managing and leading a TA team
  • Ability to prioritise a varied workload within a challenging, fast‑paced environment
  • Skilled in data analysis and presenting insights in a clear and meaningful way
  • Excellent IT skills with strong administrative and organisational capabilities
  • A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on process optimisation
  • Proven experience delivering high‑volume recruitment activity
  • Experience in managing, configuring and developing applicant tracking systems
  • Confident use of social media platforms for recruitment and talent attraction
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective, trusted relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to mentor others, provide constructive feedback and offer ongoing support
  • A collaborative team player with strong problem‑solving abilities

Desirable requirements:

  • Experience with direct sourcing tools and candidate relationship management (CRM) platforms
