This is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week.
Although our Exams Team are based at our Knightstone Campus, you will be expected to travel to support Exams that are taking place at our other campuses.
Interviews for this role will take place on-site, at one of our college campuses in Weston-super-Mare.
As an Exams Business Officer, you will support all aspects of Exams across Weston College, to ensure delivery of an effective, efficient and compliance service.
Your role will include:
- Exam Entry and Registration
- Exams Administration
- Following regulations and procedures
- Providing excellent customer service
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Be able to show evidence of an understanding of all funding methodologies within Further Education and Higher Education.
- Demonstrate effective organisational skills and the ability to implement new systems of working alongside the ability of meeting tight deadlines.
- Be a competent IT user, with knowledge and experience in using spreadsheets and databases.
- Have experience of communicating and ensuring compliance to regulations.
